Privacy Notice

Published October 18, 2026. This notice describes information handled through AI Over 40 at aiover40.com. For a privacy question, use our Contact page. You do not need to include a private prompt, health record, password or account number.

Read about contact messages, comments, analytics, practice tools and retention and requests.

When you send a message

The Contact form asks for your name, email address and message. It is configured to email those details to AI Over 40 so the message can be received and answered. The site’s form and email services process the submission; copies can remain in email systems.

For an article correction, the public guide URL and a short description of the problem are usually enough. Contact messages are separate from public article comments. Please do not use this form for confidential health, financial or work records.

When you leave a comment

Article comments ask for a name, email address, message and optional website. If a comment is published, its text and chosen display name are public; an optional website can also be linked. The form states that your email address will not be published. Comment records also include an IP address and browser information.

The comment form offers a separate, unchecked choice to save your name, email and website in that browser for next time. Leave it unchecked if you do not want that convenience. Avoid personal records or other information you would not want to appear publicly.

Page visits and analytics choices

The site includes Google Analytics through MonsterInsights to measure use of the website. Google’s data-collection documentation describes visit and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and a cookie identifier used to distinguish visits. Actual collection can depend on browser and service settings.

Review the site’s Google Analytics choices. That page explains the browser-specific opt-out and its limits. An analytics opt-out does not delete a contact message or comment, erase previously collected information, or control every outside service. Browser privacy settings can also restrict or remove cookies.

Practice tools and downloaded worksheets

The named prompt builder and calculators prepare text or do calculations in your browser. They do not send your entries to an AI service. The six-task checklist offers an optional “Remember my ticks” choice for that browser; it does not save your prompts or sync across devices.

Copying an exercise places it on your device’s clipboard. Downloaded worksheets are your own files. What you later put into an outside AI service is subject to that service’s settings and policies. Read the tool-by-tool explanation, including how to reset practice progress.

Outside services and page delivery

Following an external link or loading externally hosted media connects your device to that provider. Its own privacy practices apply. Website delivery and email also involve service providers. The complete provider inventory, hosting-log retention and any additional storage of form submissions still need confirmation; this notice does not promise that information exists only in one place.

Retention and privacy requests

A fixed retention period has not yet been confirmed for contact messages, comments, hosting records or the site’s analytics property. Please do not assume they are automatically deleted after a particular number of days. The notice will be updated as those arrangements are verified.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of a message or comment, contact AI Over 40 with enough detail to locate it, such as the article URL and approximate submission date. Do not send a password or identity document with the initial request. Any needed identity check and applicable limits must be established before information is disclosed or changed.
